Our TourIndigena Tours brings you to the heart of the Bolivian pampas, deep inside the Pampas del del Río Yacuma Protected Area. Spend three days exploring this biodiverse region, boating up and down the Yacuma River and trekking across the grassy lowlands. Indigena Tours brings you face to face with a wide range of rare wildlife, including capybaras, anacondas, caimans, sloths, and pink dolphins. Few places in Bolivia are home to such a range of fauna-- an nowhere is it so easy to spot animals as the open plains of the pampas. Our tour is based out of our rustic ecolodge on the banks of the Yacuma River. Enjoy meals in our screened-in dining room. Relax in our riverside hammocks. Fall asleep to the sounds of birds and monkeys in the treetops and the river running by. For your comfort and to minimize our impact on the fragile ecosystem, we limit group sizes to a maximum of eight people. Click here to learn more about our tour itinerary. |
